SANDALS FOR SUMMER

Today I present new sandals that i got last year and not worn them yet and they are from Lasocki brand. They have leather straps and are perfect for upcomming summer, which I can't wait by the way. 
One thing that I like to do in spring and summer time is to go out on the balcony and admire sunrise and hear to waking up singing birds and breathing nice clean and still fresh air.
 Living in the city has that downside that during day air get polluted from cars and then many times when I go out during day it litterery stinks. 

That's why I really enjoy mornings at my balcony when I am awake and also I enjoy some trips outside of the city to some more uninhabitet area.

NIKE SNEAKERS COLLECTION - NIKE FREE RUN 3.0

Here is another pair of my Nike Free Run sneakers in springy yellow colour. 
I also bought them on sale and the model is NIKE FREE RUN. 
They are very comfortable and light, with flexible sole. Easy to put on, not stiff and lightweight, great for some gym workout or runnig. 
This model is actually for men but I  liked the color so i bought them.



WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT NIKE FREE

Nike Free shoes are specifically designed to let your feet move more naturally
and freely than traditional athletic shoes. 

Because you’ll be using some muscles in your feet more than you might be used to, it may take some time for them to get used to all that freedom. 

To give your feet time to adapt, it is recommended transition into using your Nike Free footwear gradually.

As you increase the use of your Nike Frees, you may experience some muscle soreness, just like when you exercise other muscles in your body.
 This shows that your Nike Frees are working. 
Keep in mind that everyone responds differently, so your progress may be different than others wearing Nike Free.
And of course, running and training in any footwear is never without some risk of injury. 

So listen to your body, your trainer and your physician—and don’t feel bad if you need to stop or rest if necessary. 

After all, we want you to run Free and train Free— but we also want you to run and train smart.

NIKE FREE RUN SNEAKERS

Here are another sneakers from my collection which are this nike free run pink boties.
I have them in size 9 us and purchesed them on sale in local store. 
They are great for running errands as they are not so stiff like other running shoes.

NIKE FREE RUN 2+

Today I present another sneakers to running/walking from my collection which are thise cute Nike Free Run 2 +. 
They have interesting designe and colors are springy too.
 They are very comfortable and light weight, sole is very flexible.
 So they great for shopping in the mall or other activities, gym dancing etc.
The cons are that they are hard to put on, as they are designed that they have no tounge like in normal sneakers that is seperate.

NIKE's SNEAKERS LUNARGLIDE 2 FOR RUNNING

Another sneakers from Nike brand are these ones. 
They are comfortable and great for not only running but another excersizes.
 Love the colors - purple and grey mixed together and material is very good quality. They are also nike plus compatible.
 Model name is Nike Lunarglide 2.

NIKE'S RUNNING SNEAKERS FOR SUMMER

Today I present my another sneakers for running from nike brand that are so nice springy, coulorful.
I have bought them in  some sport shop on sale and had to have them.
 They are for running or another fitness activities like jogging, aerobic, gym. They also have that nike plus addition inside, that pocket where you can insert this nike plus small adapter that then count our steps and calories burned during work out. Great for summer as they are made from mesh material outside and they have great support on the anckle part. I recomend them not only for running but to normal day activities.

PERFECT SANDALS FOR SUMMER -PLATFORM SANDALS FROM VENEZIA

This sandals are really cute. They are on platform and are very comfortable, they are made from leather and straps are very comfortable.
 They will look great with jeans and skirts as they are stylish and at the same time versityle.
 When I saw them in the internet shop on sale couldn't resist. I like also natural color as I love colors of nature.

PERFECT SNEAKERS FOR RUNNING - NIKE LUNARGLIDE 3+

Here are my new sneakers for running from Nike, model is Nike Lunarglide +3, in this nice red color. They are very comfortable to running and they have system nike plus which allows to put inside the shoe small adapter that when connected with Nike plus application on iphone or ipod touch will count our steps and calories burned during workout. 
The sole is projected to protect feets during running from some injuries- has dynamic support and bring support and amortization. 
So when you run you not feel so much of the hard ground.
